It was my birthday so we went out to eat. He was 9 weeks old at the time. I came home to a hysterical puppy that took 1/2 hour to calm down. Had he stayed with Mom I believe this wouldn't have been a problem. He grew up and matured enough at 12 weeks I can go to the mailbox without a issue, run to feed the birds outside ect . 1/2 hour trips doesn't create such a uproar anymore but gone is our nights out, shopping trips, casino night 😕. He is so upset when I leave I'm afraid it's always going to be like this. Im so angry at the breeder they let him go that early without a thought to his mental well being. FYI for the first month I got up during the night 2-3 times... Now at 13 weeks sleeping thru the night. Another good reason to wait to 12 weeks, their mom going potty with them outside is the best trainer.
Right On!
