I would suggest Rover.com. There are a lot of pet sitters that advertise on that site. Otherwise, what about training him now to be alone for longer periods of time. I have left my dogs alone for 8 hours a day and they do fine. I do confine them to the kitchen with a baby gate. I leave them water, food, bedding, pee pads, and toys. I also have a camera set up to watch them.

That might be an option if you cannot find someone to watch them all day
