My thought may have been correct according to the vet- food allergies. we're yanking everything and putting her right back on her bland diet. Back on Flagyl for 10 days to kill anything that might be in her intestines- swelling or the like. She's not having problems every day, it's just this week we saw a huge uprise in her vomit and soft poop bouts. Last week was particularly scary, this week I'm trying to deal with this and trust the vet; lots of mucous in the stool as well, so she's pretty sure we're dealing with a nasty food allergy/reaction
