My grandson dropped my Yorkie and something happened to his back leg. Rushed right to vet...he's rather sturdy 12lbs at 6 months. No breaks on xrays...vet said probably a sprain and to keep him confined and rest that leg. That's where the problem comes in...he still wants to run and play doesn't show any signs of pain except for limping. He just whines and barks when I confine him to his kennel during the day. I had an iris 3ft pen before he could climb over it! I tried that but he still put his front legs up like he wanted to jump over with his weight on his back legs. Help! Anyone have any suggestions???
