You had two different things going on there - first thing was just an anxious kiddo in a new/different place who probably wanted out of that room. Second issue was she absolutely had to go poo - went - some got smeared on her paws from walking around and therefore got smeared all over when she was hopping about trying to find a way out of that room and back to you. Just something unfortunate that can happen when animals are locked away.
