Poor Remy! Glad to hear that it isn't something more serious. Remy and you remain in my thoughts and prayers.
My boys have both pulled muscles in their neck and shoulder region. I understand how scary that can be, especially on top of all of your other concerns. Very gentle massage helped my boys recover. The massage increases the blood flow to the region to aid recovery.
