For the sanitary cuts, are you trimming her entire belly? I've read here that keeping the belly and inside of the back legs free from hair can help.
I do body washes in between full baths. My boys are in full coat too. The challenges differ between boys and girls. My boys lift their legs outdoors and sometimes part of their coats get in the way.
