I had a sudden change of heart on these strollers now I've had to lug my two babies around in slings and backpacks when they'r done walking...for a stroller.
I researched and ordered the Dogger from them .....they were THEE only place I could find them! Not even the place in Canada, they are on preorder till sept.
But upon waiting for the "24 hr processing " that has turned into 48 and counting......I'm wondering if they have it at all! All Their reviews are terrible!
They blame it on the new distribution center they are moving to but this has been going on for some time....
What can I do? Anyone from Massachusetts that's familiar with this? That's an Amazon distribution center too and they aren't set to open till late Sept or October! I have called customer service and just get a run around.....they will not expedite this item either...10 days delivery and they'r only 12 hours from me..... |
Dog quality.com is the Canada website direct but mercy how long would THAT take...
