I could hear screaming and yelling. That's when my daughter's friend explained he'd seen them kick her, and was kicking her earlier that day. So, I had a very clear picture of what was going on. I picked up the phone 6 hours later. I couldn't sleep. I don't understand. They are so sweet. Only a sick son of a Beep would hurt an animal. It would have hurt me any way to hear that, but after having Chewie, it's even worse. If he had actually hurt my girl last night I would have gone stark raving mad. I called the cops without the slightest bit of hesitation. |
