Glad you called the police. Sounds like some type of mental health issue or drug issue. Scary.
Yes, lol, but as usual when I did a google search I saw that her breathing fast is normal, especially for the first year or so...... nothing to be anxious about. As usual, though, I walked away with that much more information. THANK you, Ann, for the information!!! That's so interesting- about the listening! I was thinking she was so stressed she was holding her breath and would do so while calming down. it's nice to know that she's simply scanning her environment.

To any one that is wondering, most of us have bought these condos- they are one of the few renters. Add in to the Mother never being around at night, these boys are out of control. Police knew them pretty well. I'd definitely guess drugs. He then went on to two more neighbors banging and screaming what the noise was. I'm still shaking. They owned a yorkie. Um, I had to call animal control on them. I'm not sure if it was my call, or what, but they finally gave the Mother yorkie up. They also abused their pups, and left a tub of butter out as "dinner" for the smaller puppies. Kicked the Mom dog for rejecting one of her puppies.. just the list goes on. I'm hoping that we have enough compiled against them for an eviction. sorry for the novel. I felt bad about calling but, I was assured that I was absolutely doing the right thing. I hope that little girl is in good hands now. Her puppies were adopted a few months before all of this. I heard most of this, and one of my daughter's friends witnessed the butter. any way, I'll stop rambling.
