You cannot go by the grade. There are variables...and only an experienced surgeon is really going to give you the right advice. The surgeon I use emphasizes all the time not to focus on the grade.
Yep , I agree , and you can't always wait for the limp either. My poor Zoey was a trooper, no limp, no skip, no whimper , no lift, nothing....4 vet opinions later ortho surgeon fixed both knees and she's 3 .....with slight wear on cartilage ...
