With Cody I don't know what size blade is used, he goes to the groomer but if you're willing to do a trial and error you can start with a blade that will keep his hair say an inch long, see how you like that look, if you want it shorter go down one size. For the summer Cody is shaved down but I have them leave hair on his face and ears, his hair goes back fast in 4 weeks.
