Its been a while since ive posted here, but anyway I need clarification in regards to cutting my Morkie's hair, I have never cut his hair since he was born (August 19. 2015).

So I was wondering if I should or is it required for me to cut his puppy hair, because everytime I comb his hair now more and more chunks start to come off revealing newer hair at the bottom of course which is also slightly different in color.

This along with his hair starting to get tangled/matted up, and if I do cut it, how short should I make it?

Also, how long does it take for the hair to grow back?
