Service meaning: not responding to inquiries, not sending the right order or the wrong amount, charging more than originally anticipated for product, not calling back, etc. Also, looking at reviews of the employees of the company, their rating was most poor: firing someone who took a scheduled day off, firing someone who complained too much, too much disorganization within company, the left hand not knowing what the right hand was doing...complications abound within the company....so I was not going to deal with them. I told my vet about roadrunner (they had recommended them), showed them the printout of complaints, the BBB rating and she said that they don't have but a few customers who need compounding, so no research went into the recommendation. Now they are informed. That's about it. Thanks for responding. Matt |
It is something I will keep in mind, but my Olivia has been on meds from there since 2011 and I have never had a problem. As, I said though, I have not had any contact with them at all.
The BBB complaint was based on 18 customers...this is a large pharmacy. I would rather have seen more reviews. Not a very large sample. Not saying it isn't valid...who knows. I know that my vet did price comparisons and that is who they ended up using. I am going double check now and see what Diamondback charges for Olivia's meds.
