This reminds me of a very posh small dog pet store in Vancouver - they sell things two or three times the price of everywhere else because of the demographics. They had a review on Yelp where the man's dog escaped and ran out onto the street and allegedly got hurt. I think after that, they installed a gate before the door. Either that...or they had the gate and the dog still got loose. Either way, it sounded horrible!
It's so sad when pups get hurt due to negligence
