Do you use rewards/treats when she goes outside...? Have you tried placing a potty pad outside (put some of her potty ON the pad so the smell is there), if she is familiar w/ them, that is...?

I sent you my email! Yes, I do give treats when she actually goes outside but since she never poops out there she hasn't gotten the concept of getting a treat for that. Do you mean put poo on the pad and then take it out? I do usually pick it up and take it outside with her and put it in the grass and tell her that's where it goes but she just looks at me. lol I have also been trying to train with a door bell but she hasn't gotten that either.
