Thanks everyone! Everyone gave me some good ideas to try. Cali knows sit, lay down, and speak but not leave it. I'm not sure how to teach her that. She is very motivated by food, but 90% of the time she freaks out and barks incessantly as if she's ordering you to give her the food (lol) and doesn't listen to the command.
