I never said its evil. But its also not a cure all lol!
And hypoallergenic food aside...
Grains and corns are best avoided weather its enviroment or food. It makes no difference if they are actually allergic to this fillers, they aggravate skin problems and make them worse. Thats all i was trying to say .
