I had a similar experience with Max when I tried to change his food back to a brand he had been fine with as a pup. Could just be the change of food, especially if it was not gradual, or it could be that the old food doesn't agree with your baby anymore.
The manufacturer may also have made changes to the food. In Max's case, I suspect that was the problem.
My boys have also picked up a 24 hour flu-like bug once.
I agree with the everyone above though to monitor closely and don't hesitate to see the vet. Pancreatitis is always a concern with gastro problems.
