OMGoodness your baby is just adorable. At 5 months old and 10 lbs lol, baby is gonna be a BIG BEAUTIFUL pup. I had one 9 lb, and two at 13 lbs with floppy ears my 17 lb girl had HUGE beautiful straight ears, my 12 Lb adopted boy has BIG beautiful ears, I don't think size matters when it comes to floppy or straight ears. Have you tried taping his / her ears to get them to stand up.
