My yorkie puppy will be five weeks old tomorrow. For the last few days she has been vomiting after eating. She is a single puppy. She seemed really well and playful up until last night. Last night she was making a distressed sound. Today I took her to the Vet and he said she has gastro-enteritis. He gave her an anti-sickness injection which is meant to last for 24 hours, but did not work. A tin of special gastro food to mix with water that she won't eat. I have looked up gastro-enteritis and one of the symphtoms is diarrhoea which she has not got. I think the vet is wrong. I would be grateful for any ideas what may be wrong with her.
