I am surprised with 91 complaints and many breeder names the have not shut her down.
Be careful in the tri-state area, a lot of BYB (back yard breeders) you may have have to widen your search for a reputable breeder. Have you asked your vet if he / she knows of any in your area? watch out for words like TINY, TEACUP, these are red flags for breeding below standard size yorkies, breeding for tiny's which you want to stay away from.
