Scottie does a similarly strange noise when he's excited when I get home. It's hard to describe.. not so much a squeal, but in between a howl and a low-sounding rooo/rawr lol..almost sounds like a human voice!
To me, it sounds like he's saying "Where have you been for so long!?!"
I'd never be able to catch it on video lol... he always catches me off guard. But it's the cutest and funniest sound ever!
