A dog with allergies may. I said a dog with normally clean ears do not. Ears should never be cleaned with a cleaner Weekly if they are not dirty. It can cause problems when there wasn't one to begin with. Veterinarians will tell you this. Anyway every veterinarian I have worked with has.
