Sorry your going through this. Marking can be a very hard habit to break. Step one is get a good enzyme pee cleaner and make sure you clean the spots he goes very thoroughly. Step 2 I would do crate training. Treat him like a puppy, he has to stay in the crate unless some is watching him (with 100% of their attention) and give treats when he goes potty outside. I haven't tried the belly bands yet so I can't comment on them but it seems this may be a good tool to use in conjunction with crate training. Hang in there, with positive reinforcement he will catch on
