I've found that people who bought one expecting a tiny one that turned out to be a teapot and were disappointed, tend to rehome them on Craigslist a lot. People are so wrapped up in wanting tiny ones they don't see the potential in the bigger ones. That's how I got Toby, and he's 14 lbs now.
From what I'm told, they like their yorkies a bit bigger in Europe...
