When they cry you take them potty then put them back and let them cry until they fall asleep and if they wake up crying again take them potty and back they go sometimes it takes a few days and sometimes a few weeks but you have to keep it routine. Also make sure they can see you from their bed. They also make snuggle pals made for puppies that have a heart beat.
