Seriously these babies need a constant routine. Same bed time, same time potty outside at night, back to bed, same wake up time in morning and immediately outside for potty. My boy as a young pup slept in his crate. He did cry and I couldn't stand it. I put his crate on my bed. Slept like babies. When I would wake at night I took him outside. We only had to go out one time at night. Back into the crate. He could see me lick my fingers. Back to sleep till about 7:00am. Try not to be so scattered with his sleep time and potty time and no playing at 2:00am Ha! It will get better.
