Anyone feed Stella & Chewy's Chewy's Meal Mixers Freeze-Dried Dog Food Topper or Dinner Patties or a similar food?

Thinking about feeding a more raw based diet.
Any advice on how to transition to this? What products are better?
The boys are eating Acana Fish right now.
