If he doesn't chew them to pieces he should be safe with Nylabones...each night my boys get a turn with the kong it's so far not in pieces as they're too concentrated with the tongues in it even when it's basically empty lol! I don't suggest any ropes or squeakies for shredders or anything with fluff. Bad ideas there I've learned from
