Just ordered my first one from W. Fields. I can see why Kristin is the best. After I placed my order, she sent me an email reminding me that it would be 1-2 weeks before I received it and wanted to make sure that was okay. She also asked me to measure Gidget to make sure I had ordered the right size. How great to know that she cares about something other than "just an order". Can't wait for it to get here. I'm using the Puppia now and it works great going on over her head but taking it off is "squirmy" for her. Will probably order at least one more BB later. Thanks Kristin! You can't lose by ordering from her.
