Yes, I believe she will show even more improvement as the meds stabilize in her system. Don't worry about the weight gain that too will stabilize. From my experience with Titan, weight gain was the least of my worries.
Titan never lost his eye site, but there were other issues cropping up all the time, which were manageable.
