I think we are learning Yorkie talk and they are learning human talk by watching and listening. It never ceases to amaze me of the Yorkie intelligence! Sometimes (as just about all the time) my Yorkie will look at me and make strange sounds. I look at him trying to figure out what he is asking. After a while, he will jump up and start kissing me like crazy-what is he saying? "That's ok daddy, I will try to teach you my language of the Yorkie"
Also, when I come home from shopping, put the packages down and my Yorkie goes through all of them. Sometimes I have toys and sometimes not. He just sniffs and does not break open any packages (I have foods such as meats in those packages which I am sure he sniffs). What a joy my Yorkie is. |
