I do not have the coordination to operate a retractable leash.

I can drive stick shift, but can't do the leash thing.
I agree with you that Flexi is the best brand of retractables for quality.

Security is one of my favorite qualities too. Even when Teddy was a pup and we thought he was double jointed, he couldn't escape the Buddy Belt.
The leather Buddy Belts are still handcrafted in Canada, and the synthetic BB2 is made in China. I agree, great design! The Dachshund who inspired his mom to design the harness was named Buddy too.
