He looks Yorkie to my very untrained eye. You should take him to the vet right away to make sure he's vaccinated, neutered, et al. Also, your vet will be able to give you a very good idea as to his age. It may take your guy awhile to 'loosen' up and play---or he may not be the "play" type. Each Yorkie is unique and Yorkies are very, very different from other canine breeds. He'll show you who he is in time and you will find him to be perfect no matter what!
