 I have a similar situation going on now
I have a 10 month old male Yorkie . He is extremely active and boned to me. I was away from the house yesterday about 7 hours and he was home with my chichuaua and cairn terrier. He has been home alone with them one time before with No problems.
When I came home last night he jumped around like normal I picked him up he whined a little. Since that moment he has become lethargic, no responsive, won't drink water , has only eaten a piece of a string cheese, had not had a bowel movement and little urination. Just lays around sleeping. When I Yao him out he had always jumped like crazy, braking and letting the girls know it's time to go outdoor. Now nothing, acts like he doesn't know where he is. No wondering around the yard as normal or aggravation the other dogs...
I'm heartbroken and do to know what to do.. My husband wants me o wait a day before taking him to the vets, he thing
Is he's just mad at me for leaving him home yesterday..
