I'm very pleased with the buddy belt for this very reason. I think there's no escaping and there's ease of putting it on to ensure that is the case. Its comfortable enough to keep on for extended periods. I would say that its surely an investment since they can be pricey and they are addicting as you may want to keep getting different colors but I'm very happy with the product.
