Yes it is the same breeder, lady Jane. You have a point but the mom of Marie is 5lbs which should be okay. And I did my researched on others that may breed "bigger" yorkies but I am sure their were puppy mills so I rather have a family raised puppy even if their choice of yorkies are below 5lbs. I must say that these were also cheaper so in my opinion even they breed smaller yorkies, they were the best out of all the choices I had
