Reputable breeders would not give you a pup under 12 weeks old or older.
Additionally, no reputable breeder will breed a bitch that is under 5 pounds regardless of the age, due to risk of loosing the bitch and/or the puppies and the possibility of a C-section.
I hope you will consider them issues that are being presented to you when purchasing your pup!

I believe these people are devoted to yorkies and really knows what they are doing as they been doing it for so long. The litter in March went fine with the 2.8lbs mom. The mom of Marie is 5lbs which is the upcoming litter.
I feel I am doing the right thing and I truly believe that after all my research that the breeder is really good despite if his choice of yorkies are on the smaller side (under 5lbs). I'm sure there are even better breeders - who knows! I'm doing my best
