Still have concerns here.
Reputable breeders would not give you a pup under 12 weeks old or older.
Additionally, no reputable breeder will breed a bitch that is under 5 pounds regardless of the age, due to risk of loosing the bitch and/or the puppies and the possibility of a C-section.
I hope you will consider them issues that are being presented to you when purchasing your pup!
