You can get Advantage for fleas. What do you use for Heartworm prevention?
Some products cover both and may be less than the Nexgard...I honestly don't know.
I would also look into an RX shampoo. The vets charge more..you can buy it online. Maybe something soothing might help. Sometimes when they itch like that they end up with a skin infection. Better to start using something now to try to prevent it. Synergy labs makes some great shampoos and conditioners and they are fairly inexpensive...you can find them on Amazon.
