Remember it is NOT the dog you are looking at that will determine genetics....it is what is behind that 4lb female, (which is too small to be breeding actually) in her pedigree going back at least 9 generations, preferably 12 generations.....also in the males pedigree.....you MUST look deep behind what is standing on the ground in front of you, to determine a solid, strong, healthy foundation for breeding, so you do not end up with genetic disasters for babies, again also include the male in this research for genetic failures.
