Just a wee little problem that we have, this is the girl that I found while she was crossing a highway..... don't know for sure how old she is. We can guess that she is under a year, that's a safe guess. We know that she was neglected badly by her previous owner because she was nothing but skin and bones when I found her. Given that, our plan was to wait until first heat to ensure she is old enough for the operation and puppy teeth removal. Any thoughts on that?
