Default AKC, Why Would A Good Breeder "NOT" Use AKC's Puppy Finder?

AKC has features to look up breeders, why would any responsible breeder NOT use AKC to sell their pups?

I haven't looked at costs or hoops that one would need to go through so I'm genuinely asking why.

I've routinely read here at YT the last 2 1/2 years about choosing a responsible breeder when selecting a yorkie but I rarely see others point to the AKC feature to choose a breeder from their list.

I notice WA state only has three yorkie breeders and one of those is for parti yorkies:

I'm not looking for another pup but we get a lot of inquiries here at YT for yorkie pups, shouldn't an automatic answer be to direct them to AKC's list? Why don't we? What is wrong with AKC's list?

Purely for discussion, I'm just curious what you think about it.
