My Gidget is going to be neutered next Wednesday. She still has a few (3 or 4) puppy teeth at 6 1/2 months. Vet recommended that these be removed next week during spaying to keep from having them done later with another anesthesia administered. If she still has these teeth now, it's not likely that she'll lose them on her own. Cost is $30 a tooth while under anesthesia or $30 a tooth with anesthesia being administered again in a few months. Don't like to see Gidget under anesthesia the first time let alone having her put under a second time.
