I actually didn't see anything to harsh, heck I roughhouse with Duchess all the time and I can tell you it would look like I am hurting Duchess but I am not. She loves it and instigates it every time. When she is ready to play, she will run up to me, start barking with her butt in the air, then we play a game of tag.......then the rough housing starts.

To me it just looks like a little tug, nothing abusive. I didn't see her dragging her yorkie.......just a little tug. In fact I thought it was hilarious because I went through the exact same thing when I was trying to trained my rescue how to walk on leash. I don't think a gentle tug should be considered abusive.

It was hilarious......by the way your little one is adorable and my rescue baby did the same exact thing. I bought like 3 harnesses trying to find the perfect one.
