Yea that ! It could also have a foxtail or cheet grass in it & if so will NOT come out on its own & will go much further inward. My friend spent $3,000.00 having a foxtail removed from her dog because it went basically all over through the dogs left side so they had to inject Rocky with dye so they could follow the trail the foxtail left until they could locate the thing & remove it. So I agree, vet ASAP .
