Another question- has anyone heard of Blue diamond Yorkies? Opinions?AKC yorkies for sale
As hard as it may be, try hard not to fall in love with puppy pictures. The thing is, all puppies are cute - so if you are unlucky and are in contact with a bad breeder, you'll fall in love with a bad breeder's photo.

Most will suggest, and I concur, to find the perfect breeder. Me personally, it was a requirement to meet the breeder in person and have a conversation with them, see the puppies from time to time until they were ready to be picked up at 12 weeks +, and see the mom/sire of the puppy. I just didn't feel comfortable purchasing my baby over the internet. So...I won't comment on the above breeder.

And, more importantly, it's a super good idea that you're saving up for now. Try to save much more than the $2000 for the puppy. You'll need money for supplies (dog bed, crate/pen, toys, leash etc...) and you'll want a vet-fund or pet insurance fund in case your little one gets sick. You really don't want to be caught with a sick puppy and not being able to afford to give it medical help.
