 Stair Anxiety
We moved into a 2 floor place about a month ago and in the last few days my yorkie has all of sudden become anxious when climbing stairs. She usually makes it to the first landing then stops. She cries till someone picks her up, occasionally she can be enticed to come up the from the landing, but other times she completely refuses. At first I thought she was just acting like the diva that she is, but now I'm beginning to wonder if something might be wrong. She is 6yrs old so I'm not sure arthritis is the deal. The stairs are wooden and so perhaps they are slick and that has made her anxious. Any clues to what may be wrong would be appreciated. |
