I always take a wee pad that is already used and put it on the tiny floor in the plane's 'restroom.' I put it in a zip lock bag in my purse. It's the most valuable article in my purse. I never had a dog that would pee in it's carrier. I had a Japinese Chin years ago that would hold pee in for more then 12 hours. We sat through a tornado in an airport and finally arrived at our destination 18 hours later. He refused to pee until I put his used wee pad down in the hotel bathroom floor. The airport restroom, as well as the plane's wasn't up to his standard.
Paris is a great place to travel with a dog. Also, only bottled water while traveling with Diva.
